No Loud Noise or Parties
Parties or loud noise is strictly not allowed. If guests break these rules the security deposit will be taken. If the Police or Private Security is called out the guest will be liable to pay an additional fee of £200. Strictly no loud noise after 10 pm.
Strictly No Smoking
If any guest(s) are deemed to have smoked within the apartment an immediate fine of £100 will be payable.
No Pets
No pets are allowed.
